Beta Motorcycles Australia has joined forces with Cody O’Loan to compete in the 2026 ProMX Championship.

Hailing from Queensland’s Sunshine Coast, O’Loan will switch to the Italian brand in the flagship MX1 class aboard the all-new RX 450 4T, targeting a top eight finish.

“I’m really excited to be joining Beta for the 2026 motocross and supercross season,” said O’Loan.

“I tested the Beta RX 450 with the team a few weeks ago and was blown away by how good the bike is straight out of the box.

“It really suits my riding style and gives me a lot of confidence. I’m looking forward to what we can achieve together this year.”

O’Loan finished 11th in the 2025 MX1 class after an impressive second half of the season, which included a brace of top-10 finishes in a fiercely competitive field.

Meanwhile, Beta will add to an already rich variety of marques in the ProMX Championship, joining Yamaha, Honda, Kawasaki, Husqvarna, KTM and Triumph.

Round one of the eight-round 2026 ProMX Championship will be held in Wonthaggi on the weekend of March 21-22, alongside the 2026 FIM Oceania Women’s Motocross Cup.
